Phone Calls
All phone calls are subject to monitoring and recording. Calls involving Violence or threats or contacting victims will be terminated with no refunds . Phone call prices are subject to the facility of the incarcerated. Calls will be charged out of the package purchased. Once package is purchased a phone number to call will be sent to the incarcerated to call whoever they want to call will be contacted if the phone call is answered. We will do everything possible for you to hear you loved one's voice. The incarcerated will be given a code and when the code is used to call the call will be charged to your package.
Tablet Messaging
Must not involve anything sexual or violent as far as gangs or anything of that sort, Messages will be denied from facilities and stamps will not be refunded. All messages will be reviewed by Facility.
Photos & Videos
Pictures and videos must not involve nudity or gang violence. Pictures will be denied by administration at the facility and stamps will not be refundable. Different facilities are stricter than others, but all facilities have these restrictions. All pictures and videos will only be sent to the incarcerated person you fill out information onto the website. We take privacy very seriously. All pictures and videos will be reviewed by administration at Facility.
